Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Full Fee Registration
A $75 fee will be assessed to process any changes or refunds to the registrations. Refunds must be requested by email 30 days prior to the event to karen@collateralrisk.org. No refunds will be processed after 30 days prior to the event for any reason. The CRN no longer allows credits to future event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event Allterra Group, LLC is compelled to cancel this event due to an unforeseen event such as an act of God, economic catastrophe or pandemic; this conference will be rescheduled and possibly relocated to another city. Allterra Group, LLC will provide attendees with a complimentary pass of equal value to a future in-person event within two years of the cancellation. Allterra will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience to our attendees. Exhibitor/Sponsorship fees will not be refunded regardless of notice.

Important Notice RE: Covid-19
Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while traveling to or attending this event. Allterra Group, LLC endeavors to adhere to federal and state health and safety standards for this event. We encourage you to follow the organizer’s safety policies, as well as laws and restrictions. We encourage attendees to wear a mask if they have not been vaccinated or feel they are at risk.

Transfer Policy: You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at karen@collateralrisk.org. All substitution requests will be processed within two business days. Attendee substitutions is not possible within two weeks of the start of the event.
